The government of Río Negro has launched and expanded several territorial initiatives aimed at improving administrative efficiency and bringing public services directly to local communities. Through the ‘Al Día RN’ initiative, the provincial government conducted training sessions for 70 civil associations in Río Colorado and Choele Choel. These sessions, led by Minister of Government and Labor Agustín Ríos and Inspector General Martina Morana, focused on modernizing procedures and introducing digital tools to simplify administrative tasks. Concurrently, the ‘Programa Cerca’ initiative has been expanding its reach. In the El Frutillar neighborhood of Bariloche, Governor Alberto Weretilneck and Mayor Walter Cortés oversaw a session providing free access to various provincial and municipal agencies, including the Civil Registry, Public Health, and the Institute of Land and Housing (IPPV). Beyond administrative assistance, the program offered community training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and specialized courses for local residents. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-24: Cipolletti fans dominate San Francisco for Federal A final Cipolletti fans have overwhelmed San Martín de Formosa supporters at the Juan Pablo Francia Stadium in San Francisco for the Federal A final, creating a massive presence in Córdoba. 9 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/ro-negro-officials-hold-community-service-program-in-el-frutillar ### 2026-10-16: Río Negro government expands territorial service programs The Río Negro government is deploying territorial programs like ‘Al Día RN’ and ‘Programa Cerca’ to modernize civil association management and provide free, direct access to provincial services. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/ro-negro-government-expands-territorial-service-programs --- Cite as: Río Negro territorial service program expansion.
