Romanian designer Cătălin Botezatu testified in a London court regarding a violent robbery that took place in January outside the Amazonico restaurant in Mayfair. 

Botezatu described being targeted by three men who pushed him into a metal fence, leaving him covered in blood. During the assault, the attackers used a knife to cut the strap of his diamond-encrusted Richard Mille watch. Prosecutors estimate the stolen limited-edition timepiece is worth approximately 160,000 euros, though its rarity may increase that value. 

While suspects Ali Eldahouzze and Abdel El Habchi deny the charges, Younes Djoudi has confessed to the crime. Botezatu noted he had remained silent during the initial investigation to comply with requests from the Metropolitan Police and Scotland Yard.
