KBC Rijeka in Croatia has completed its first robotic-assisted gynecological surgeries. Following specialized training, the surgical team performed five initial procedures using two new robotic systems. 

The procurement of the technology cost approximately 5.11 million euros, funded by the Croatian state budget. The system is designed to provide high-resolution 3D visualization and filter hand tremors, which is expected to result in smaller incisions, reduced blood loss, and faster recovery times for patients.
