The Paraná State Department of Education (Seed-PR) hosted the inaugural SEED-PR 2026 Robotics Tournament in Curitiba from September 2 to 4. The event featured 128 students from 32 Regional Education Nuclei and was held concurrently with the state stage of the Brazilian Robotics Olympiad (OBR). 

Education Secretary Roni Miranda stated that investing in robotics is intended to promote “student protagonism” and prepare participants for future challenges by integrating technological knowledge, creativity, and teamwork.
