The Romanian Superliga is seeing developments regarding coaching prospects and upcoming match schedules. Former head of the Professional Football League (LPF), Dumitru Dragomir, suggested that former national team coach Mirel Rădoi may return to managing a top-tier Romanian team as early as this spring, potentially joining one of the league's top seven clubs.

Separately, the LPF has released the match schedules for the conclusion of the 2026 season and the start of 2027. Round 20, the final round of 2026, will include a Bucharest derby between Dinamo and Rapid on December 20. Following a winter break, competition is scheduled to resume in mid-January 2027.
