Developments: 3. Romeo Beckham is set to make his acting debut in the French film ‘Forty Love’, directed by Pierre-Ange Carlotti. The production is described as a romantic drama or thriller set within the competitive world of professional tennis. The plot centers on the intense relationship between two tennis rivals, portrayed by Beckham and Paul Kircher. While early descriptions highlight a romantic drama exploring ambition and desire, subsequent details from a StudioCanal trailer suggest the film incorporates darker, surreal, and suspenseful elements, including psychological tension and violence. The film features a supporting cast including Catherine Deneuve, Guillaume Canet, and Benjamin Voisin, and is scheduled for a theatrical release in France on November 25, 2026. This film debut follows Beckham’s transition from professional football in 2024 toward a career in modeling and fashion. In June 2026, he launched his own label, Intra. Despite unverified social media rumors regarding financial disputes or a loss of support from his father, David Beckham, current reports indicate his growing profile in the fashion and film industries has contributed to an estimated wealth of approximately £4 million. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-25: Romeo Beckham transitions to acting and modeling career Romeo Beckham is pivoting from football to acting and fashion, set to debut in the French film ‘Forty Love’ in 2026. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/romeo-beckham-transitions-to-acting-and-modeling-career ### 2026-10-18: Romeo Beckham to make film debut in French thriller ‘Forty Love’ Romeo Beckham will make his film debut in the French romantic thriller ‘Forty Love’, playing a tennis player involved in an intense relationship with a rival. 7 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/romeo-beckham-to-make-film-debut-in-french-thriller-forty-love ### 2026-10-15: Romeo Beckham to make acting debut in French film ‘Forty Love’ Romeo Beckham makes his acting debut in the French tennis romance ‘Forty Love’, starring alongside Paul Kircher in a story of intense rivalry and intimacy. 12 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/romeo-beckham-to-make-acting-debut-in-french-film-forty-love --- Cite as: Romeo Beckham film debut in ‘Forty Love’.
