Actress Rosamund Kwan has provided her first interview following a 22-year hiatus from the entertainment industry.

Addressing rumors regarding her departure from Hong Kong cinema, Kwan denied claims that her seclusion was driven solely by romantic heartbreak, labeling such narratives as “fabrications.” While director Wong Jing suggested her exit was influenced by the decline of the local film industry and personal conflicts involving the family of her former partner, Lam Kin-yeuk, Kwan has maintained a firm stance on her personal life, stating, “In my dictionary, there will never be the word marriage.”
