The Royalton Vessence brand has begun its expansion into the Caribbean and Mexican markets. The brand debuted its first property, Royalton Vessence Barbados, on July 14, 2026. This 220-suite, all-inclusive, adult-focused resort on Barbados’s Platinum Coast was inaugurated by Prime Minister Mia Mottley.

Following the Barbados opening, Royalton Hotels & Resorts announced the second location for the Vessence brand: Royalton Vessence Cancun. Scheduled to debut on March 1, 2027, the Cancun property will be part of Marriott International’s Autograph Collection. Unlike the adult-focused Barbados location, the Cancun resort will feature 376 suites designed for group and multigenerational travel.
