Actress Ruby Rose shared details on a podcast regarding a traumatic incident from her youth in Australia, where she was falsely accused of murder at age 15.

Rose recounted discovering a severely injured four-year-old boy in the Australian bushland and attempting to assist him. Despite her efforts to get the child medical attention, the boy later died from brain death. Following the incident, Rose faced police questioning and was labeled a “baby killer” by classmates.

The investigation concluded when the boy’s older brother reported that he had accidentally pushed the child down a slide and fled in a panic. The brother had reportedly experienced dissociative amnesia regarding the event. While Rose was exonerated, she noted she was excluded from the child’s funeral at the request of the boy’s mother.
