Various road running competitions are scheduled across different Italian regions in October 2026.

In early October, the Salaria Run is set to connect Ascoli Piceno and San Benedetto del Tronto. The event includes a 33.5-kilometer race and a 21.1-kilometer half marathon, necessitating significant traffic restrictions and parking bans in San Benedetto del Tronto.

Later in the month, on October 25, two additional events will impact local transit. The 31st StraSalerno Half Marathon will cause traffic bans in Salerno’s historic center and eastern zones, while the 27th Maratonina Città di Arezzo will involve traffic suspensions and parking bans along key routes in Arezzo.
