The production of Running Man Vietnam has recently drawn attention to the physical demands placed on its cast members. Viewers expressed concern over the exhaustion of participants, noting that some members appeared to be ‘worn down’ by intense challenges, particularly when competing against professional athletes. Cast member Lan Ngọc addressed these concerns, stating that the fatigue resulted from the high energy of the participants rather than intentional pressure from the production team.

Subsequent episodes have continued to feature diverse guests and varied challenges, including team-based obstacle courses and ‘System Mission’ tasks. During these segments, MC Trấn Thành has provided comedic relief by sharing personal anecdotes, such as humorous anxieties regarding how certain physical challenges might affect his recent cosmetic surgery.
