The 17th edition of the Ruvo Coro Festival has commenced its autumn season in Ruvo di Puglia, running from October through December 8. The program features a diverse range of musical styles, including polyphonic traditions, jazz, and classical symphonic works.

Recent highlights include a jazz performance at the Teatro Comunale organized by the Associazione Corale Polifonica ‘Michele Cantatore’ under the artistic direction of Angelo Anselmi. This event featured musicians Danilo Rea on piano, Massimo Moriconi on double bass, and drummer Ellade Bandini (though some reports identify the drummer as Giovanni Colasanti). The performance explored the Italian song repertoire, offering tributes to artists such as Mina through a blend of improvisation and technical virtuosity.

Other scheduled components of the season include the Consonare Ensemble at the Church of San Michele Arcangelo, a jazz tribute to Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan by the LJP Big Band at the Teatro del liceo Tedone, and a liturgical event held by the Michele Cantatore Polyphonic Choir Association in honor of Maestro Michele Cantatore.
