Rojas initially revealed that a 19-year-old Argentine athlete playing in Europe had been persistently contacting her via Instagram to arrange meetings during trips to Argentina.

Rojas stated she declined these advances due to the age gap, remarking, “There is no way,” and later adding, “I am much older and it is intimidating.”
