The former estate of the late Mexican singer and composer Juan Gabriel, known as ‘El Divo de Juárez’, has been listed for sale in Southwest Ranches, Florida. The property is being offered for $38.9 million, a price that would represent more than four times the $9 million paid for it by an LLC in 2022.

Located in Broward County, the nearly 10-acre estate includes a five-bedroom main residence, a guest house, and a wellness building. Amenities consist of two swimming pools, ponds, fruit trees, and a professional-grade basketball pavilion. The listing is noted as one of the most expensive real estate advertisements ever recorded in the area, surpassing the previous local record of $22.5 million.
