Krzysztof Rutkowski, a detective and entrepreneur, has placed the historic Szczepów Palace near Głogów on the market. The property, which features Baroque origins and was once owned by the Prussian von Schlabrendorf family, includes a three-story building with approximately 1,200 square meters of space, a 13-hectare landscape park, a moat, and various additional structures.

Due to the extensive renovation required for the estate, Rutkowski has reduced the asking price from 10 million PLN to 8.5 million PLN. Rutkowski purchased the property in 2016.
