Sources: 13. Developments: 3. The upcoming Samsung Galaxy Fit4 (model SM-R391) has moved closer to market release following regulatory milestones. The device secured SIRIM certification in Malaysia and has appeared in India’s BIS database. Leaked videos, renders, and technical documents indicate the wearable will retain the physical design of its predecessor, the Galaxy Fit3, featuring a rectangular AMOLED display with rounded corners, a single side button, and a silicone strap. Observers note that reusing the existing chassis likely serves to optimize manufacturing costs and profits by utilizing existing production tools and accessories. Technical upgrades are expected, including an upgrade to Bluetooth 5.4 from the 5.3 found in the previous model, Bluetooth Low Energy, and a new Goodix GH3036 optical sensor module for monitoring heart rate and sleep. The device is expected to be available in black, white, and a light blue or mint shade. However, there are currently no indications that the device will include features such as Wi-Fi, NFC, built-in GPS, or LTE. Samsung has not yet officially confirmed pricing or a specific release date. ## Timeline ### 2026-10-24: Samsung Galaxy Fit 4 leaks reveal design and specifications Leaked renders and FCC filings reveal the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Fit 4, featuring a similar design to the Fit 3 with an upgrade to Bluetooth 5.4 and a new mint color option. 2 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/samsung-galaxy-fit-4-leaks-reveal-design-and-specifications ### 2026-10-22: Samsung Galaxy Fit 4 leaks reveal recycled design Leaked videos and documents reveal the Samsung Galaxy Fit 4 will reuse the design of its predecessor, featuring a new Goodix sensor but an identical chassis. 9 sources. https://clstr.news/cluster/samsung-galaxy-fit-4-leaks-reveal-recycled-design ### 2026-10-19: Samsung Galaxy Fit4 secures certification in Malaysia Samsung's Galaxy Fit4 fitness tracker (SM-R391) has received SIRIM certification in Malaysia, signaling an upcoming launch.
