Samsung has established a new regional Training Academy in Zagreb, Croatia, located in the Matrix business center. The facility, spanning over 270 square meters, is designed to serve various markets by focusing on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions and connected technologies.

The academy provides a space for professionals—including architects, designers, installers, and investors—to observe complex systems in real-world conditions. The center features 180 smart devices within a connected ecosystem and is organized into four areas: a classroom, a meeting room, a OneSamsung zone, and the Samsung Climate Solutions Training Center. 

Tihana Mikuš, Director of Samsung Electronics Air Conditioning Europe for the Adriatic region, described the academy as a “strategic platform intended to improve market knowledge and raise quality standards” to ensure high-quality project execution and user satisfaction.
