In the state capital, the water and drainage operator Interapas completed a package of priority works, including the renovation of 164 meters of sanitary piping in the Historic Center and the replacement of piping in the Los Reyitos neighborhood. These projects utilized high-density polyethylene material and focused on restoring traditional cobblestone and quarry stone elements in historical areas.

In the Huasteca region, Governor Ricardo Gallardo Cardona inaugurated the rehabilitation of the Cómoca-Axtla road, a project involving paving and drainage improvements intended to benefit 19 localities. Concurrently, the “Enchúlame la Colonia” program was launched in Ciudad Valles to evaluate 20 neighborhoods for upcoming urban infrastructure improvements based on service deficits.
