The Municipality of San Salvador de Jujuy has launched several local programs and infrastructure improvements. In late October, the city opened registration for “Transformar para Sembrar II”, a free one month training program focused on home gardening, seed classification, and spring planting to support environmental care and healthy eating.

Concurrently, the municipal government has implemented urban maintenance measures, including the activation of a new traffic light at the intersection of 2 de Abril and Antenor Sajama avenues to improve pedestrian safety. To support city services, the municipality also added four new tractors to its heavy machinery fleet to assist departments such as Public Works and Green Spaces with road works and environmental maintenance.
