Speculation regarding German actress Sandra Hüller’s involvement in the Marvel Studios film ‘Avengers: Doomsday’ began following entries in the British Stunt Register, which listed a stunt double for her during production in the UK. Initial rumors suggested she might portray the ‘Latverian Witches’ associated with the character Victor Von Doom.

Reports from The Hollywood Reporter suggest Hüller is set to make a cameo appearance in the film, though Marvel has not officially confirmed the casting. Her specific role remains undisclosed, fueling ongoing speculation that she may portray Doctor Doom’s mother or one of the Latverian Witches. One prominent theory suggests she may portray Cynthia von Doom, the mother of Victor von Doom, potentially appearing in a flashback to establish the character's origins.

The film, directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, features Robert Downey Jr. as the primary antagonist, Victor von Doom. The production is currently in post-production and is scheduled for a global theatrical release on December 18, 2026. The film is expected to feature characters from the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, and the X-Men uniting to face Doctor Doom in the nation of Latveria.
