The Federation of Industries of the State of Santa Catarina (FIESC) is developing a climate intelligence platform to monitor and estimate greenhouse gas emissions within the state’s industrial sector. Created through the Decarbonization Hub and the FIESC Observatory, the tool will integrate data from corporate inventories and SENAI surveys to provide insights categorized by sector, municipality, and production chain.

The platform is intended to assist exporting companies in complying with global climate regulations and to support broader decarbonization strategies. A public version of the tool is anticipated to be released between late 2026 and early 2027. In conjunction with these efforts, SENAI is conducting a sectoral emissions inventory for 2025/2026, providing medium-sized companies the opportunity to develop corporate inventories at no cost.
