The Santa Cruz provincial government, led by Governor Claudio Vidal, has launched a series of cultural and educational programs. The administration announced an agenda for November involving festivals, workshops, and exhibitions across various localities, such as Río Gallegos and Puerto San Julián, to promote visual arts and heritage preservation.

In the educational sector, the Provincial Council of Education has focused on pedagogical programs and disability rights. This includes infrastructure improvements, such as the thermal renovation of the Centro Polivalente de Arte in Río Gallegos. The renovation addressed long-standing heating failures, restoring full operational capacity to classrooms, gymnasiums, and performance spaces for over 300 students.
