The Municipality of Sassuolo has officially consolidated its school bus assistance and supervision service for the current academic year. Following a pilot phase conducted during the previous school year, Mayor Matteo Mesini announced that the measure will now serve as a permanent structural support for local families and school staff.

The initiative involves a municipality-funded operator who travels on various school bus routes on a rotating basis. These operators are responsible for ensuring the correct use of seat belts, monitoring student behavior during transit, and assisting students during boarding and exiting. The administration aims to provide systematic coverage with an educational focus to support student social development.
