Filipino pop group SB19 and Japanese singer-actor Kento Nakajima released a collaborative version of the song “GENTO” in late October 2026.

The partnership grew from a TikTok project filmed during SB19’s 2025 visit to Japan. Following social media success, the duo performed the track live at the Summer Sonic 2026 festival in Tokyo on August 15, 2026. The official studio release features special lyrics partially written by Nakajima, which incorporate his perspective while maintaining the original themes of the song.
