SBC Systems has introduced the LEGANTA platform to automate data transfer from business documents into IT systems, such as ERP, CRM, and financial software. The technology is designed to eliminate manual data entry for documents including contracts, orders, invoices, and emails by utilizing semantic context to identify roles, deadlines, risks, and cash flows.

Following this, SBC Systems GmbH launched the LEGANTA Contract Intelligence Platform specifically to integrate contract data with SAP landscapes. This platform aims to bridge the gap between transactional data and unstructured corporate knowledge by converting static contract clauses into actionable information. The system monitors elements such as termination rights, liability regulations, price escalation clauses, ESG obligations, and audit rights to reduce knowledge silos and mitigate risks.
