BEB5 Karuizawa by Hoshino Resorts has announced the hosting of the ‘BEB Night BAR’ in its courtyard, scheduled to run from September 15 to November 30, 2026. The seasonal pop-up bar is intended to provide a casual atmosphere for guests to view autumn foliage.

The menu includes six varieties of craft gin, featuring three from the Nozawa Onsen Distillery and three types of ‘NEMA 0.00%’, described as Japan’s first non-alcoholic gin. Beverage offerings include ‘Hot Gin Apple’ with cotton candy, ‘Ruby Gin Splash’, and ‘Caramel Gin Fizz’. 

Food pairings consist of additive-free sausages from the Karuizawa shop ‘Chozumeya’, which guests can grill themselves, as well as nuts from ‘Kinari’ and various pickles.
