The first phase of results for the 2026-27 academic year Class 11 admissions in Bangladesh was scheduled for release on September 16 at 8:00 PM. While 2.5 million seats are available nationwide, competition for prestigious institutions remains intense, with officials noting that even students with a GPA-5 may not secure their top choices.

Following the release of results, the final admission outcomes for the cycle have been announced. Out of 995,234 applicants, 980,815 students were nominated for colleges based on their SSC and equivalent exam results. Notably, 14,415 students failed to secure a seat during this phase, a group that includes 2,205 students who achieved a GPA of 5.00.

Data from the process shows that 416 colleges received no student nominations due to insufficient applications, and 11 approved educational institutions received no preference choices from applicants. Selected students are required to complete the physical admission process at their designated colleges between September 20 and September 22. Classes are scheduled to begin on September 24.
