In late August 2026, Disneyland Paris experienced a security alert after several suspicious packages were discovered. The incident prompted the temporary closure of the resort’s southern access, including Disney Village and specific parking and dining areas. Authorities, including police, military personnel under the Vigipirate plan, and bomb disposal specialists, responded to the scene. A controlled detonation was performed to manage one of the packages.
