Judges at the Dakar High Court are conducting an investigation into events occurring between 2021 and 2024. Two individuals, Amadou Tidiane Cissé, security chief for the Dakar University Works Center, and Djibril Diaw, a security guard for former minister Pape Malick Ndour, have been charged.
