Alexander Scott-Bowen, a 24-year-old from Kingswood, was sentenced to 38 weeks in prison at Bristol Crown Court after pleading guilty to seven counts of sexual assault.

The offenses, which involved approaching victims—including young girls—to engage in conversations before grabbing and sniffing them, spanned several years and multiple locations. Investigations began following reports in Yate in 2022 and continued through new incidents in Kingswood in March 2025. While on police bail, Scott-Bowen was implicated in further incidents in Cribbs Causeway on New Year’s Eve 2025 and Stoke Gifford in January 2026, leading to his re-arrest and subsequent sentencing.
