Serang City has reported that its 2026 Infrastructure Service Satisfaction Index (IKLI) reached a score of 73.08, surpassing the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) target of 72.84. The assessment was conducted by the Regional Development, Research, and Innovation Agency (Bapperida) in collaboration with Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. Bapperida Head W. Hari Pamungkas noted that the score includes a quality value of 74.83 and a satisfaction value of 71.33. The study evaluated 18 indicators across six districts, including roads, drainage, bridges, waste management, clean water, irrigation, street lighting, telecommunications, and green open spaces.
