The Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) recommended a full international observation mission for Serbia’s upcoming parliamentary and presidential elections. The recommendation follows concerns regarding a “highly polarized political and social environment” and the potential for voter intimidation and disinformation.
