The Brazilian sertanejo music scene is experiencing a period of new musical and audiovisual project developments. 

In late August, artists utilized the Barretos festival grounds for various recordings. The duo Guilherme & Benuto participated in the “(019)” project, which seeks to unite different generations of the genre by featuring emerging talents like Fiorella alongside established names. Additionally, Willian & Wesley recorded their DVD, “Willian & Wesley ao Vivo em Barretos”, featuring guest appearances from artists including Us Agroboy and Karol Ramalho.

By early September, further activity emerged with the release of the single ‘Zoião’ by Rosa & Rosinha, a remake of an Edson & Hudson hit. Concurrently, the duo Bruno & David announced their upcoming audiovisual project, ‘Os Gordinhos no Churrasco’, scheduled for mid-September in Arujá, São Paulo, as part of an effort to expand their career presence.
