Construction of the new tranvibús line in Sevilla is progressing toward a scheduled completion date of September 28. The project, managed by Eiffage Infraestructuras S.A., aims to connect Sevilla Este and Torreblanca directly to the city center at Plaza del Duque.

Work includes significant urban renewal along the La Campana–Santa Justa axis, such as the installation of new Tussam stops, renovated shelters, and single-level platforms to eliminate height differences between roads and sidewalks. Environmental improvements involve planting approximately 60 trees and shrubs. 

To support the new service, Tussam has coordinated traffic light priority at central crossings. The project will reorganize city center bus stops to prioritize the tranvibús, requiring conventional bus lines to modify their terminals to ensure service fluidity.
