The Colombian singer is conducting her “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” world tour, with various updates regarding international performance dates.

In Costa Rica, the Ministry of Economy, Industry, and Commerce has authorized the sale of over 53,000 tickets for a concert at the National Stadium in San José, scheduled for January 31, 2027. This event would mark the singer's first appearance in the country since 2011. While administrative permits have been issued via resolution N°DAC-DECVP-RE-711-2026, the event still requires official confirmation from a production company. A previously authorized concert for March 2025 did not ultimately take place.

Meanwhile, a performance at the Giza Pyramids in Egypt has been postponed for a second time. Originally intended for November 28, 2026, the concert is now rescheduled for April 2, 2027. Shakira cited “current regional circumstances” and geopolitical tensions in the Middle East as the reason for the delay, stating that the safety of her audience and crew is her top priority. She expressed heartbreak over the delay but reassured fans with the message, “Egypt, I am coming!” Tickets previously sold for the November date remain valid for the new April 2, 2027, date.

Following the postponement, the artist returned to her hometown of Barranquilla, Colombia, to be with her father, William Mebarak, amid reports of health issues. While some media outlets suggested he required hospitalization, recent footage showed the singer walking with her father, who was using a wheelchair accompanied by medical staff, indicating he was not admitted to a clinic.
