Former Miss Universe Sheynnis Palacios and her partner, Carlos Arias, have been featured in various public appearances and media content.

In September 2026, Palacios discussed her relationship and her recovery from a medical emergency involving an implant that required surgery in Orlando, Florida. During events in New York, she noted feeling “very calm, feeling loved and with good company” and credited Arias for his support during her recovery.

Later in the month, the couple shared footage from a video tour of San Salvador’s historic center. During the tour, Arias jokingly proposed marriage to Palacios by asking, “What if we marry here? Yes?”, though no formal engagement occurred.
