The 21st season of the Norwegian dance competition ‘Skal vi danse’ on TV 2 commenced with 13 celebrity contestants. The season faced an early change when actress Henriette Lien was forced to withdraw due to severe hip pain.

Following her departure, Øyunn Krogh joined the competition as a replacement. Krogh secured a victory in the first episode after earning 29 points during her debut performance.

As the program entered its third week, contestant Tim Kristian Moen noted that the atmosphere at the dance studio had become “stressful and nervous,” citing less preparation time for routines compared to previous weeks.

The season’s first dance duel occurred between Sandra Lyng and Santino Mirenna, who were eliminated following a viewer vote. Influencer Sebastian Solberg and partner Marianne Sandaker were saved by the audience; Solberg described the narrow escape as being ‘on a hair’ and expressed gratitude for remaining in the competition.
