During that game, he set new school records for career passing yards and completions, totaling 9,162 yards and 7,222 completions.

On October 24, 2026, during an ACC matchup against California, Jennings set a new program record for career passing touchdowns. In the third quarter, he threw a 21-yard touchdown pass to Derrick McFall, marking his 73rd career scoring strike.
