Fraudulent websites have emerged targeting tourists seeking expeditions to Sơn Đoòng cave in Vietnam. These sophisticated sites mimic the interface, images, and content of the official provider, Oxalis Adventure, to deceive travelers into making payments for tours that are actually fully reserved through the end of 2028.

Reports indicate that scammers use domain names similar to the original brand and employ artificial intelligence to generate professional-looking content. These sites also utilize Google advertising to appear at the top of search results to target potential tourists.

In response, police in Quang Tri province have issued warnings, advising travelers to verify domain names, legal information, and official contact channels before making deposits. Authorities cautioned that a professional interface or high search engine ranking does not guarantee legitimacy.
