A 51-year-old ride-hailing driver in São Paulo is under investigation by Civil Police following an incident near the Tremembé and Taubaté border. The driver allegedly attempted to steal change from a 15-year-old passenger after a dispute over a 100 Reais note.

During the confrontation, the driver reportedly dragged the teenager for several meters while she clung to the outside of the vehicle. Surveillance footage from the Tremembé City Hall shows the car traveling at high speeds and performing zigzag maneuvers. The victim sustained injuries after falling onto the road.
