Concurrently, a coalition of media outlets and organizations released the ‘Manifiesto por la Libertad de Expresión en Venezuela’, calling for the dismantling of restrictive legal frameworks like the ‘Ley contra el Odio’ and reforms to Conatel to prevent censorship.
