In Apucarana, Paraná, seventy-seven families received keys to new homes at the Residencial Jardim Texas development. The project represented a total investment of R$ 17.8 million, which included a R$ 1.7 million contribution from the state government via the ‘Casa Fácil Paraná’ program to subsidize initial financing installments. 

The remaining R$ 16.1 million funded the construction of the development, which features infrastructure such as paved roads, electricity, and water. The project was managed by FR Consultoria Imobiliária with financing through Caixa Econômica Federal. The key handover ceremony was attended by Mayor Rodolfo Mota and Vice-Governor Darci Piana.
