Various regional and federal housing programs are being implemented across Brazil to improve living conditions. In Itabuna, the city was selected to receive 50 housing units through the federal ‘Minha Casa, Minha Vida Rural’ program, a collaborative effort involving local government, the Secretariat of Agriculture and Environment, and engineering groups to support rural development and family farming.

In Mato Grosso, the state government delivered 160 apartments at the Residencial Altos da Geórgia development in Cuiabá. This second stage of the project was facilitated through the ‘SER Família Habitação’ program, which provided beneficiary families with subsidies of up to R$ 25,000 for property down payments.
