The city of Cuiabá has implemented various programs aimed at social inclusion and professional development. In mid-October, the Municipal Education Secretariat concluded a cycle of activities focused on inclusive special education in partnership with the Institute of the Blind of Mato Grosso. This initiative provided pedagogical training for professionals regarding visual impairments and Braille to support students in the municipality.

Later in the month, the city hosted the first edition of Empreende Cuiabá. This event focused on strengthening small businesses and supporting entrepreneurs in the Baixada Cuiabana region through lectures on financial education, taxation, and business formalization. The fair specifically highlighted social inclusion by featuring entrepreneurs with disabilities and supporting atypical mothers seeking to generate income.
