Sega has announced new content for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds to celebrate the game’s second anniversary. The updates include a free character addition featuring Bayonetta, along with the ‘Butterfly Witch’ machine and special emotes.

Sega also detailed Season Pass 2, which will offer paid DLC. This includes a Godzilla pack featuring the ‘Godzilla Escape’ track and vehicles inspired by the character and other Kaiju such as Ghidorah and Mothra. Additionally, an Evangelion pack will introduce the ‘Tokyo-III’ track and playable characters Rei Ayanami and Asuka Shikinami Langley. 

Further details regarding Year Two content and additional collaboration characters are expected to be revealed during a livestream on October 9 or 10.
