A Sophos report indicates that Managed Service Providers (MSPs) are increasingly acting as de facto Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) for their clients, with 46% of customers seeking CISO-level leadership from their providers. While regulatory requirements drive cybersecurity spending, many MSPs face operational challenges due to fragmented tools and manual reporting processes. In response to these market needs, Sophos has launched ‘Sophos CISO Advantage’. This solution utilizes agentic artificial intelligence via the Sophos Fusion platform to bridge the gap between security operations and high-level strategy.
