The 11th edition of the Sou do Esporte Award (Foco Radical) has announced its finalists for 2026. The award, which evaluates projects, events, and initiatives based on technical quality, sustainability, and social impact, has introduced new categories including Athlete Military, Athlete Indigenous, and Sports Documentary.

Among the finalists is the Braçadas que Transformam project, led by the Recife-based Instituto Etiene Medeiros. Competing in the Third Sector category, the project uses sports and education to address inequalities regarding race, gender, and social class. This marks the second consecutive year the institute has reached the finals.

Winners will be determined through a combination of a specialist judging panel and public voting. The final results are scheduled to be revealed during a ceremony on November 30 at Sala São Paulo, which will be broadcast live on BandSports.
