Urban and residential development projects are advancing across various regions in Spain.

In the Valencian Community, Integrated Action Programs (PAI) are being utilized to drive growth. In Burriana, a contract was awarded to reactivate the Camí Serratella-Marge PAI, a project stalled since 2011, to update urban planning and facilitate construction licenses. In Valencia, the Remunta unit PAI has been admitted for processing, which is expected to contribute to a university residential hub with a potential capacity of 1,300 student places.

Simultaneously, private developers are launching significant residential projects. In Andalusia, Metrovacesa has begun the €28.3 million Atria F2 project in La Alcaidesa. In Valencia, Neinor Homes has commenced construction on the Vera development in the Nou Benicalap district, which will provide 157 homes designed for young residents with an expected delivery in late 2028.
