Spar Girona has experienced mixed results during its EuroCup campaign. On October 22, the Spanish team suffered an 82-73 defeat against BC Montana 2003 in Bulgaria. At the time, Girona was managing an injury crisis, playing with only seven professional players.

By November 3, the team secured a significant 86-58 victory against SBS Ostrava in Czechia. This win coincided with the return of Spanish international Iyana Martín from a thumb injury. Following this comeback, Girona maintained a strong European record with three wins in four Eurocup matches.
