Data from the Japan Civil Aviation Bureau (JCAB) regarding aviation service performance for the October–December 2025 period indicates that Starflyer led major Japanese airlines in punctuality. 

Starflyer was the only carrier among ten major airlines to achieve both on-time departure and arrival rates exceeding 90%, recording a departure rate of 94.66% and an arrival rate of 94.15%. This performance contrasted with other carriers such as Jetstar Japan and Air Do, which recorded lower rates. 

Across the ten surveyed airlines, there was an overall decline in performance compared to previous metrics, with the average delay rate rising to 17.39% and the cancellation rate increasing to 1.31%. Equipment management was identified as the primary cause for delays and cancellations among most carriers.
